In the description of the frames we offer for sale you’ll notice 3 individual measurements, Arm, Bridge and Lens.
Arm measurement is the length of the arms measured from the hinge to the end of the arm.
Bridge measurement is the distance between the lenses.
Lens measurement is distracting across each lens.
If you’re unsure what your measurements are you can always go into any high street optician who will advise you what your measurements are.
Ideally you’d be looking for a frame that as your exact measurements but this isn’t essential, as long as the measurements are close to what you require the frame will usually be a good fit, but if not and you’re based in the U.K. you’re welcome to take advantage of our free returns policy, the cost of international returns will be the customers responsibly.
We offer a simple FREE returns service for customers based in the U.K., when you received your order you’ll find a return label in the package, all you need to do is remove the sticky label from the backing paper and apply it to the parcel, over the original label.
Then you can drop it off at any post office, before doing so please be sure to let us know your intention to return an item and supply us with the Ref No. in the top left corner of the label, failure to do this may result in your return being delayed.
We’ll refund you within 24 hours of receiving the return, which usually takes between 3-5 days.
